Glass Micanite PET Film Tape

Ruby Mica Isophthalate Alkyd bonded Glass Micanite PET Film Tape polyester (PGAM) tape consists of glass cloth,  single layer high quality muscovite mica splitting and pet film bonded with isophthalate alkyd varnish. The material has high resilience, flexibility and impact resistance properties.

Application
Material is used for inter-turn and main insulation on end windings of Hydro-Generators and motors with class F insulation. It is also used as winding components for bus bars, pole-to-pole jumpers, terminal bars and various insulation purposes in Turbo Generators.

Packing
Tapes are packed in airtight mechanically strong boxes protecting them from dirt, dust and moisture. The packing also ensures safe transit and storage.l

Shelf life
6 months at 20+3^oC in dry condition.
